Creation of a fire safety disruptor brand with a game changing solution

Firexo is a UK-based company with a game-changing product: a single extinguisher that tackles all fire types (A to F). By eliminating the need for multiple extinguishers, Firexo simplifies fire safety for homes, businesses, and emergency services. A clear brand and go-to-market strategy was created to drive awareness and adoption of this disruptive product.

The team developed a clear strategy to clarify Firexo’s value, build credibility, and accelerate market entry. The core aims were to position Firexo as a disruptive, simplified safety solution, create a bold and unified brand identity, support sales with effective communication tools, and generate awareness across key media channels. A ‘north star’ narrative anchored messaging around the idea of making fire safety safer, simpler, and smarter.

To support the new brand and sales activity, a full suite of materials was created. This included clear, benefit-led messaging for all communications; a bold, graphic visual identity system applied across media, packaging designed for shelf appeal and clarity, display materials to support in-store activity, a range of sales tools including datasheets, presentation decks, and stationery and on-going national PR and media engagement to build awareness.

The campaign delivered national visibility, including BBC One primetime coverage. Firexo’s clear messaging and impactful branding supported retail growth and positioned the company as a product innovator.
