Brand transformation for leading cyber security provider
Following major investment and leadership changes, Phoenix Datacom sought to reposition itself from a traditional network reseller to a modern managed services and cybersecurity provider.
Working closely together, the Content and Creative Directors led the transformation – guiding the board through research, stakeholder interviews, and a storytelling workshop to shape a compelling new brand narrative. This process resulted in a bold new name: Red Helix, and a core message: Always Evolving. Always There. The identity symbolises resilience and vigilance, combining the visibility of red with the coiled energy of a helix. The creative team developed the full brand ecosystem, including logotype, messaging, visual identity, website, SEO strategy, and brand book.
The rebrand positioned Red Helix as a dynamic force in a fast-changing cybersecurity landscape. The launch has been a success, with strong stakeholder reception and early sales figures exceeding expectations.
